4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is completed. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts or through any dishonest means will result in the cancellation of those bonuses and associated winnings. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will be treated as abuse.
4.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is available across four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on net losses for that week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
5 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention
The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any occur, the account will be closed and funds held will be forfeited:
- Conducting fraud, deception or any unlawful activity
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the service for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Operating an account using another person's identity
ck44 bat reserves the right to conduct an immediate investigation upon detecting suspicious activity and may share information with relevant authorities if necessary.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
ck44 bat reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or incorrect information due to a technical error. Once the outcome of a bet on an event has been determined, it is considered final, unless a technical error is proven.
6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, ck44 bat's own rules will apply to bets on that event. In general, stakes on cancelled events are refunded, though different rules may apply in specific cases.
6.3 Live Betting
Odds on bets placed during a live match may change due to network delays. ck44 bat reserves the right to verify whether a bet was accepted at the odds applicable at that moment.
7 Limitation of Liability
